Ingredients
200g cooked chicken
1 tbsp sour cream
½ cup mushrooms
½ can chopped tomatoes
3 tortilla wraps
30g cheese, grated
Method
Preheat the oven to 200℃.
Cut up the chicken into small pieces and stir fry in a pan on a medium high heat.
Add the sour cream, mushrooms and half the tomatoes.
Divide the mixture up between the tortillas and roll up to enclose the filling.
Place the tortillas seam-side down in an oven proof dish.
Spoon the remaining tomato over the tortillas and and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese turns golden.
