How to make a smoothie


Ingredients 


150 mls liquid - milk or coconut water

1 Tbsp plain yoghurt

¼ frozen banana, (one piece)

¼  apple, (one piece)


Pick n mix options (choose ONE of the following):

  • Blueberries

  • Strawberries

  • Raspberries

  • Mango


You can also add:

  • ½ a wheatbix

  • 1 Tbsp rolled oats

  • Spinach




Method

  1. Pour milk/ coconut water into a pyrex jug.

  2. Add yoghurt, banana, apple and your other ingredients of choice into your pyrex jug.

  3. Carefully pour into your blender cup.

  4. Secure lid tightly.

  5. Blend on high speed until smooth.

  6. Add cold water for a thinner mixture if necessary.

  7. Enjoy!
