Potato Wedges 


Ingredients (serves 3)

                                                      

3 potatoes, washed and sliced into wedges

Oil spray

Salt and pepper

Parsley










Method


  1. Preheat the oven to 200℃.

  2. Line your roasting pan with baking paper.

  3. Slice potatoes and place potatoes in a roasting pan and spray lightly with oil. Toss to coat.

  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and parsley if you want to.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy. Turn several times during cooking.

  6. Remove from the roasting pan from the oven and use tongs to place wedges in a serving dish.
